Can I buy tickets on the day?
No, you will need to buy your tickets in advance.
Can I bring my own food & drink?
No, you can't bring in your own food (unless baby food & snacks or specialised diet) or drink (only unopened water plastic bottles & containers are allowed). There will be a varied selection of food and drink stands on site.
No glass bottles (including jars of baby food) are allowed onto the site.
Your bag will be searched on entry and any food or drink will be refused entry.
Bar Information
In order to provide as quick a service as possible, our bars work on a token basis. Tokens can be purchased from the token sales area at the event. Due to the remote location of the event we highly suggest bringing cash as we cannot guarantee the GPRS signal of our card terminals. A sample drinks menu (please note - products & prices are subject to change & availability) and bar token prices, will be displayed closer to the festival.
Will there be card facilities at the event?
Due to the rural location of the festival, we cannot guarantee our card terminals. We therefore highly reccomend you bring a cash alternative and card.
Can I find out who is playing and what time?
Yes, please keep an eye open on our website and also on our Facebook event page for updates.
Please remember, this is a tribute festival. You will not see the actual acts performing!
Is there horse racing on?
No, this is a tribute festival only. There is no horse racing taking place. We are not connected in anyway to Ffos Las Racecourse.
What happens when I arrive?
Searches to persons and bags will be carried out on point of entry and prohibited items will be confiscated.
Prohibited items include: any food items; Illegal drugs, 'legal highs', 'research chemicals', 'novel psychoactive substances', 'NPS' 'designer drugs' or 'herbal highs'; Fireworks and garden flares; Barbecues and open fires; Chinese Lanterns; Naked flames; Items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner; Spray paints; Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs; Private sound systems or generators; Gas bottles (eg camping gas stoves); Professional audio, audio-visual, film, or video recording equipment, Any type of alcohol, Drones.
Please assist us by having your bags open and ready to be searched, anyone with camping chairs have them out of the bags before you approach the entrance.
Medical cannabis: Please bring your medical cannabis prescription with you and you can only administer your medicine at the First Aid point.
No entry for visibly intoxicated and or disorderly people.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately not. No dogs (other than assistance dogs) are allowed anywhere on site.
Are there bars on site?
Yes, we'll have a number of bars on site. We operate an ID 25 policy and we will refuse to serve anyone who appears intoxicated. Anyone found attempting and or purchasing alcohol for those under the age of 18 and or those without appropriate ID will be removed from site. Last orders at 9.30pm.
Can I camp?
Unfortunately not, there are no camping facilities on site. Camping overnight in the car park is strictly forbidden.
Can I bring my own chair?
There is limited seating available on site. So please, feel free to bring along your own chairs and picnic blankets. Umbrellas and small sun shades are also permitted as long as they do not restrict the view for other attendees. We do not allow gazebos or full size tents.
What times does it start & finish?
Car park opens from 10.30am. Gates will open at 11am. The festival starts from 1pm. The main stage act will finish at 10.15pm.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Sorry, but no refunds are available on any ticket purchases.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, please bring the whole family! We have a discounted family ticket and 4 and under go free. Under 18 tickets MUST be bought in conjunction with adult tickets. Children must be supervised at all times.
Children's entertainment
Along with our main stage acts, we have a small selection of children's pay per ride, mascots & a Junior Fun LIVE stage.
I'm a trader and would like to attend?

Do you welcome disabled visitors?
Yes we do, the area is relatively flat and there is tarmac paths around the site. There are adequate disabled toilets on site. We operate a '2 for 1' scheme where you are able to bring a personal assistant who gets free entry. This ticket is intended for people who are unable to attend the festival alone due to their disability. The personal assistant must be aged 16 or over. Once a ticket has been bought, please email your booking reference, along with the personal assistant's name and Hynt card number to hello@jr-festivals.co.uk
Can I leave and come back later?
Yes, re-entry is permitted until 7pm. You will need to show your wristband on your wrist to gain entry back in. There is no entry to the festival after 7pm.
What Covid-19 requirements are in place?
The event will comply with the required Covid-19 regulations at the time, including Covid passes, LFT testing if required.
